We provide our professional gutter cleaning service to towns and cities across East and West Sussex.
We clean gutters and clear blocked downpipes across the whole of East Sussex and West Sussex for residential customers, and further afield for larger commercial contracts.
Brighton and Hove is our home patch, and we work here more than anywhere else — from the tall Regency terraces of Brunswick and Adelaide Crescent to the Victorian streets of Seven Dials, Hanover and Kemptown, and the more modern housing found around Hollingbury, Woodingdean and Patcham. Cast-iron guttering on period properties is common here and needs careful, experienced handling, while flat-fronted Regency houses often reach three or four storeys, which is exactly where our high-reach vacuum equipment earns its keep.
Our Eastbourne customers range from seafront apartment blocks to residential estates further inland around Langney and Old Town. Autumn leaf-fall from the town's tree-lined avenues is the most common cause of blockages we find here, alongside salt-laden coastal winds that accelerate wear on guttering and downpipes.
Lewes's older housing stock and narrow, historic guttering blocks quickly and often needs a gentler, more careful clearance technique than modern uPVC systems. In Seaford and along the coast towards Newhaven, we see a mix of salt-air corrosion and seagull nesting debris, particularly in spring.
These coastal towns share many of the same challenges as Brighton and Hove — driving rain, salt air and, in the case of Peacehaven and Saltdean's 1930s housing stock, guttering that's often original and due an upgrade as well as a clean.
Further west along the coast, we provide the same thorough residential and commercial gutter clearance service to homes and businesses in Shoreham-by-Sea and Worthing, including larger properties and blocks of flats near the seafront.
Inland towns surrounded by woodland and green spaces — including Uckfield, Hailsham, Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath — tend to see heavier moss and leaf build-up than coastal areas. We schedule seasonal visits for many customers in these areas to stay ahead of it, usually once in spring and again after autumn leaf-fall.
We also cover Crawley, Horsham and the surrounding West Sussex towns for both residential gutter clearance and larger commercial contracts, including schools, offices and blocks of flats.
If your town isn't listed above, get in touch anyway — we regularly travel further afield across East and West Sussex for the right job, particularly for commercial and multi-property contracts.
